Welcome To Florida Tactical Defense
Malcolm Draper was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Arizona State University where he was an inter with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice, he was recruited into a Department of Justice program and became a police officer with the Howard County Police Department. During that time, he was promoted to Detective, specializing in the investigation of burglaries, commercial crimes, and arson. He also was placed on a quick response surveillance team specializing in the installation of tracking devices and advanced surveillance techniques. Malcolm obtained his Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University, and began instructing college level courses on criminal justice, interview and interrogation, crime scene investigations, police technology, and others. He has supervised numerous police units including criminal investigations and hostage negotiation.
